For some made in montreal clothing you should check Oom Ethikwear. The clothes are made with organic cotton only and the sewing is made by different social integration organizations of the province of Quebec. Not only do they make entirely their clothes in montreal but they also redistribute 2% of their sales to those integration organizations. There is also Respecterre another Quebecer clothing line. They are located in Ham Nord, Quebec. Everything is made there and they also use eco-friendly materials such as organic cotton or hemp. They also have the IFAT fair trade certification.

Etsy.com is an American company. They help people buying/selling only handmade stuff. But most important they also help you buy stuff in your area. In the menu on the left, there's a shop local section. It's not like ethiquette.ca though, it's more jewelry, clothing and art stuff.
